We welcome research papers exploring marketing, retailing, customer service, entrepreneurship, service management, hospitality, and tourism. All submissions will be peer-reviewed by at least two members of the International Review Committee, with accepted papers to be published in a refereed journal, offering authors valuable academic visibility.

Payment by Credit Card - via ConfBay Online Payment Gateway - A 5% administrative fees will be charged on top of the conference fees and the 5% amount will not be included in the official receipt of the conference.
